- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and postage.
- Organize and coordinate meeting room bookings and seminar spaces, including preparation and catering arrangements.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and managing stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of General Services and the Prevention Advisor.
- Handle telephone switchboard operations, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is orderly and presentable.
- Assist in organizing internal events and liaise with various company departments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, administration, or secretarial studies is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a luxury or high-end environment is preferred.
