1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive global production plan based on sales forecasts, historical data, and store orders to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
2. Determine sales forecasts from data, historical records, and orders, adjusting and maintaining these forecasts to align with business needs and objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and operations teams to align production plans with commercial goals.
4. Utilize the MRP system to manage inventory levels, track orders, and generate production reports.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MRP system, identifying and resolving any functional issues.
6. Implement and execute MRP system improvements to enhance efficiency.
7. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
8. Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and implement stock control measures to prevent shortages and reduce costs.
9. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
10. Produce regular reports on service rates, inventory levels, and order status.
11. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
12. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning and inventory management.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, operations, procurement, and logistics.
14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
15. Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

1. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI.
2. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
3. Strong understanding of MRP systems and their application in a manufacturing environment.
4. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
5. Inventory management expertise.
6. Demand forecasting capabilities.
7. Supply chain management proficiency.
8. Ability to manage operational details while maintaining a strategic overview.
9. Skill in simplifying and communicating complex topics.
10. Ability to work independently and within a team.

2 to 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain.
