The company operates 60 unique boutiques worldwide and has been the official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883.

1. Maintain a tidy and organized showroom, ensuring it is always ready for visits.
2. Manage sample logistics, tracking allocations and returns.
3. Prepare stylist and event bag selections using available options.
4. Coordinate with press agencies for smooth sample loans.
5. Manage daily reception of mail and parcels.
6. Plan and organize press trips, including hotel, restaurant, and transportation arrangements.
7. Oversee the translation and distribution of press releases.
8. Create press link pages with all necessary assets for media access.
9. Prepare and distribute press kits following collection launches.
10. Monitor and manage press reviews, worldwide coverage, and press alerts.
11. Join the team at Paris Fashion Week, supporting press sample management and logistics.
12. Assist in coordinating guest lists.
13. Provide on-site support for media and press inquiries during Fashion Week events.
14. Manage media monitoring through the monitoring platforms.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications/Public Relations or Economics.

1. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive and resourceful.
4. Interest in press and media relations within the fashion or luxury industries.
5. Fluent in French and English.
6. Familiarity with logistics platforms such as SAP, Launchmetrics, and Lebi is a plus.
