- Maintain a tidy and organized showroom, ensuring readiness for visits.
- Manage sample logistics, including tracking allocations and returns.
- Prepare stylist and event bag selections from available options.
- Coordinate with press agencies for seamless sample loans.
- Manage daily reception of mail and parcels.
- Plan and organize press trips, including hotel, restaurant, and transportation arrangements.
- Oversee the translation and distribution of press releases.
- Create press link pages with necessary assets for media access.
- Prepare and distribute press kits following collection launches.
- Monitor and manage press reviews, worldwide coverage, and press alerts.
- Join the team at Paris Fashion Week, supporting press sample management and logistics.
- Assist in coordinating guest lists for Fashion Week events.
- Provide on-site support for media and press inquiries during Fashion Week.
- Manage media monitoring through designated platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications/Public Relations or Economics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude.
- Interest in press and media relations within the fashion or luxury industries.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms such as SAP, Launchmetrics, and Lebi is a plus.
No prior experience required, but an interest in press and media relations within the fashion or luxury industries is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications/Public Relations or Economics.
