- Maintain an organized and presentable showroom for visits.
- Manage sample logistics, including tracking allocations and returns.
- Prepare stylist and event bag selections.
- Coordinate with press agencies for seamless sample loans.
- Handle daily reception of mail and parcels.
- Plan and organize press trips, including logistical arrangements.
- Oversee the translation and distribution of press releases.
- Create press link pages for media access.
- Prepare and distribute press kits for collection launches.
- Monitor and manage press reviews and media coverage.
- Support press sample management and logistics during Paris Fashion Week.
- Assist in coordinating guest lists for Fashion Week events.
- Provide on-site support for media and press inquiries during events.
- Manage media monitoring through designated platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Economics.
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Interest in press and media relations within the fashion or luxury industries.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms such as SAP, Launchmetrics, and Lebi is a plus.
No prior experience required, but an interest in the fashion or luxury industries is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Economics.
