- Motivate and empower a collaborative team environment within the store and with business partners.
- Maintain inventory management standards to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
- Prioritize stockroom safety to create a professional and compliant environment for employees and vendors.
- Optimize stockroom and sales floor space to ensure merchandise accessibility and a seamless client experience.
- Oversee store logistics, including stock deliveries, transfers, and stock issued for commercial activities.
- Manage store supplies order to contribute to operating expenses.
- Ensure timely delivery of client repairs and refurbishment to enhance customer service.
- Contribute to omni-channel initiatives to influence future client experience innovations.
- Lead by example to foster a client-centric environment and serve as a role model for leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and task-management abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics management.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 20lb boxes.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in retail sales and operations, with at least two years in a management or supervisory role.
Expected hourly range: $28-$33/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
