1. Motivate and empower a collaborative team environment within the store and with business partners.
2. Maintain inventory management standards to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
3. Prioritize stockroom safety to create a professional and compliant environment for employees and vendors.
4. Optimize stockroom and sales floor space to ensure merchandise accessibility and a seamless client experience.
5. Oversee store logistics, including stock deliveries, transfers, and stock issued for commercial activities.
6. Manage store supplies order to contribute to operating expenses.
7. Ensure timely delivery of client repairs and refurbishment to enhance customer service.
8. Contribute to omni-channel initiatives to influence future client experience innovations.
9. Lead by example to foster a client-centric environment and serve as a role model for leadership.

1. 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations.
2. 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and task-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in logistics management.
4. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
5. Capability to lift up to 20lb boxes.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in retail sales and operations, with at least two years in a management or supervisory role.

Expected hourly range: $28-$33/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
