- Accurately execute all operational tasks including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand the policies and guidelines of Richemont Group, the maison, and the boutique.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results with enjoyment.
