- Perform material cutting, including identification of materials, defect spotting, product placement, and cutting of various materials.
- Conduct quality control checks upon receipt, assessing both quantitative and qualitative aspects, interpreting defects, and ensuring quality before dispatch.
- Manage packaging tasks such as packing, unpacking, boxing, pallet preparation, skin rolling, and material sorting.
- Execute finishing processes including jewelry application, hand-stitching, product retouching, assembly, polishing, and stitching.
- Handle marking tasks, including logo and personalization through hot and cold stamping, on cut pieces and finished products, for both unique and series pieces.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in leather goods or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leather goods production, including cutting, preparation, stitching, and product assembly.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Clear and structured communication abilities.
- Organizational skills with effective time and deadline management.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in leather goods production, specifically in cutting, preparation, stitching, and assembly processes.
