1. Perform assembly and decorative stitching on luxury leather goods and small leather items.
2. Ensure precision in cutting, skiving, and gluing elements prior to stitching.
3. Adhere to the brand's specifications and aesthetic standards during machine and hand stitching.
4. Execute and inspect sub-assembly stitching operations.
5. Conduct meticulous checks on stitching, alignments, and finishes before passing items to colleagues for subsequent stages.
6. Maintain and adjust sewing machines and stitching tools to ensure optimal quality.
7. Collaborate with fellow artisans to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

1. Significant experience in luxury leather goods or as an accomplished seamstress.
2. Proficiency in hand and machine stitching techniques with a keen attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of various leathers and their specific requirements is advantageous.
