3. Perform meticulous edge finishing, glazing, burnishing and hardware setting to ensure flawless aesthetic and durability.
4. Conduct rigorous quality control at each stage and rectify imperfections to meet atelier specifications.
5. Maintain and sharpen tools, calibrate sewing machines and uphold workshop safety and cleanliness protocols.
6. Collaborate with design, prototyping and production teams to refine techniques, improve manufacturability and meet delivery timelines.
7. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to preserve artisanal methods while increasing consistency.

1. Vocational qualification or diploma in leathercraft, maroquinerie or related trade — or equivalent demonstrable experience in luxury leather goods production.
2. Proven manual dexterity and eye for detail with a track record of producing high-quality small leather items.
3. Ability to read technical patterns and follow detailed work instructions.
4. Strong commitment to artisanal standards, patience for fine handwork and a pride in finish.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills within a multidisciplinary atelier.

Vocational diploma or apprenticeship in leatherworking/maroquinerie, or equivalent professional training; on-the-job apprenticeship experience is acceptable.
