1. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP AFS solutions in cooperation with external consultants.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
3. Provide functional and technical support for business stakeholders and colleagues in the IT team, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
4. Manage SAP AFS enhancements and upgrades, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
5. Conduct user training and create documentation to improve SAP AFS knowledge across the organization.
6. Ensure data integrity and support reporting needs within SAP AFS.
7. Stay updated on SAP developments and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP AFS or similar ERP solution in an IT or business-facing role.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
4. Mandatory knowledge of written and spoken French and English languages.

1. Experience or knowledge of SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
2. Good understanding of SAP AFS modules, including production orders, bill-of-material, bill-of-labour, inventory, and procurement.
3. Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
5. Eye for detail and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining high standards in data quality.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid working environment.
7. Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is a plus.

Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP AFS or similar ERP solution in an IT or business-facing role, and at least 2 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
