Delvaux HR Administrative Assistant

- Serve as the initial point of contact for basic HR inquiries.
- Manage personnel administration files, both digital and physical.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and social documents.
- Oversee the display of information at company info valves.
- Follow up on purchase orders and invoices related to HR.
- Handle work accident report follow-ups.
- Manage the archival process for HR documents.
- Update HR databases with employee information such as new hires, terminations, and leave records.
- Encode payroll-related information and maintain HRIS systems.
- Control the time management system.
- Provide ad-hoc support based on HR priorities.
- Manage shared HR inboxes and provide administrative support to HR executives.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources department is required.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proactive with a strong sense of priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- French mother tongue and fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

A minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources department is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
