- Translate Product, Communication, Commercial, and Merchandising strategies into the Launch Plan.
- Manage Retail Activations and coordinate Advertising & Promotion to optimize sales and brand image.
- Oversee the global retail event calendar and event guidelines in collaboration with the communications department.
- Prepare annual Advertising & Promotion needs for each region and align with Head of Client & Business Performance and regional Managing Directors on KPI and ROI requirements.
- Develop worldwide guidelines for in-store atmosphere and client experience.
- Prepare annual Retail Experience needs to build the Opex budget with the Retail Operations team.
- Participate in the development of Retail & Clienteling tools to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Define client journey and experience requirements per client segment, focusing on VIC strategy development.
- Develop a global gift strategy with Client & CRM Manager and regional managers.
- Forecast and develop seasonal tools for packaging and uniforms, partnering with suppliers.
- Source local partners for in-store music and scent to develop brand identity.
- Create and support the global rollout of the company's training strategy.
- Build a training strategy with Region Trainers and define KPI and achievement targets.
- Develop training materials and technical books on Selling Ceremony, Leather Knowledge, and Collections.
- Understand Retail teams' needs to develop new supports and tools.
- Create Masterclass video content, including scripting and organization.
- Develop Morning briefing content for Retail teams.
- Organize induction days for new Retail or HQ employees every two months.
- Consolidate HQ teams' actions into a Product Launch Plan document for Store Managers.
- Create a Product News document integrating training, CRM, digital, merchandising, and communication information.
- 10 years of experience in the luxury industry
- In-store experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Passion for the brand
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Result-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
