Delvaux Head of Press & Influence

- Define and execute a comprehensive global press and influencer strategy aligned with brand positioning, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Develop and maintain high‑value relationships with international and local media, editors, stylists and key influencers across luxury, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
- Lead creative direction and production of press materials, lookbooks, samples and editorial assets; ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels.
- Manage influencer partnerships end‑to‑end: brief creation, negotiation, contracting, content approval, performance tracking and ROI reporting.
- Oversee press events, launches, showrooms and editorial appointments in collaboration with Retail, Marketing and Creative teams.
- Manage external PR agencies and freelance contributors; set KPIs, budgets and performance reviews; ensure best‑in‑class media coverage and placements.
- Provide media training for spokespeople and senior management; act as escalation lead for reputational and crisis communications.
- Track, analyse and report media coverage, share of voice and influencer performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics to inform future strategy.
- Proven track record in luxury fashion or accessories PR with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrable experience managing global press campaigns and high‑profile influencer partnerships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with editorial sensibility and strong media instincts.
- Experience directing third‑party agencies and cross‑functional internal teams; budget ownership.
- Ability to travel internationally for events, press appointments and industry engagements.

Typically 7+ years in PR within luxury fashion, leather goods or high‑end lifestyle brands, including significant experience leading teams and managing agency relationships on global campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
