Delvaux Global Training Intern

1. Create, edit, and upload digital training content on the internal Learning App.
2. Assist in developing and updating face-to-face training materials in alignment with the brand's tone and visual identity.
3. Collaborate on designing engaging learning activities based on adult learning principles.
4. Gather, organize, and analyze post-training feedback to evaluate impact and suggest improvements.
5. Support coordination and preparation of monthly Global Training Community calls.
6. Ensure timely and accurate translation and delivery of training modules with regional teams.
7. Contribute to ongoing training projects related to product launches, client experience, and trainer upskilling initiatives.

1. Currently studying or recently graduated in Learning & Development, Education, Communication, HR, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in learning and development, content creation, and the luxury retail industry.

1. Familiarity with Articulate / Rise or similar digital authoring tools.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint and collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Canva.
5. Creative mindset with a strong visual sense.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with digital authoring tools and content creation is advantageous.

Currently studying or recently graduated in a related field.

A meaningful internship in an international luxury house with exposure to global training initiatives and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams.
