- Define and develop the brand awareness and visual identity strategy.
- Translate the global communication strategy into actionable plans aligned with annual and three-year objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and product presentation across all platforms, including PoS, online and offline media, events, and showrooms.
- Manage the development and enhancement of communication tools for print, digital, and social media.
- Coordinate internal and external agencies to maximize media opportunities.
- Oversee the brand's digital activities to enhance global brand awareness and engage digital audiences.
- Develop strategies for product visibility and brand ambassador programs.
- Support store openings with tailored communication plans.
- Collaborate with regional teams to address local communication needs and events.
- Manage a team of 7 to 9 people, including 3 direct reports.
- Establish and monitor the communication budget.
- Work closely with the Collection, Product, and Development Director, Chief Commercial Officer, Merchandising, and HR departments to align communication strategies with business objectives.
