- Ensure all repair processes and communications prioritize customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
- Manage restoration repairs for all international boutiques, including defining pricing and communicating with boutiques.
- Provide technical explanations and guidelines for handling repairs and conduct quality analysis before and after restoration.
- Oversee the management of restoration outbound items, including product conditioning and packaging.
- Track billing in SAP and assist logistics with accurate information for customs clearance.
- Monitor the tracking system to follow the status of each repair and manage physical and SAP stock.
- Order materials required for repairs, prepare them for craftsmen, and send spare parts to assist local repairs for international boutiques.
- Coordinate and assist local repair centers.
- Master's degree or equivalent
- High analytical skills with the ability to analyze results and prioritize actions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to circulate clear information and manage projects in different environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP environment.
- Comfortable with digital tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
At least 5 years of successful experience in a similar customer experience position, with solid experience in development and technical processes, particularly in leather goods.
Master's degree or equivalent
