1. Ensure all repair processes and communications prioritize customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
2. Manage restoration repairs for all international boutiques, including defining pricing and communicating with boutiques.
3. Provide technical explanations and guidelines for handling repairs and conduct quality analysis before and after restoration.
4. Oversee the management of restoration outbound items, including product conditioning and packaging.
5. Track billing in SAP and assist logistics with accurate information for customs clearance.
6. Monitor the tracking system to follow the status of each repair and manage physical and SAP stock.
7. Order materials required for repairs, prepare them for craftsmen, and send spare parts to assist local repairs for international boutiques.
8. Coordinate and assist local repair centers.

1. Master's degree or equivalent

1. High analytical skills with the ability to analyze results and prioritize actions.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to circulate clear information and manage projects in different environments.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP environment.
5. Comfortable with digital tools.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

At least 5 years of successful experience in a similar customer experience position, with solid experience in development and technical processes, particularly in leather goods.

Master's degree or equivalent
