Delvaux Client Relationship Manager Trainee

1. Support the CRM Manager in maintaining customer relationships through CRM campaigns.
2. Collaborate with regional teams to enhance customer engagement and strategies.
3. Develop a customer-centric mindset within the company.
4. Conduct customer research and share insights with internal stakeholders.
5. Define and structure omnichannel initiatives for retail teams.
6. Coordinate regional implementation of planned activities.
7. Analyze customer performance indicators and campaign metrics.
8. Manage and update the CRM database.
9. Support marketing and communications by managing internal customer communities.

1. Business school education or similar relevant studies (marketing, luxury, digital, etc.)
2. Fluent in French and English
