- Support the CRM Manager in executing and analyzing CRM campaigns to maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance customer engagement and refine strategies for optimal customer experience.
- Develop a customer-centric mindset internally by working closely with Retail, Marketing, Communications, and Merchandising departments.
- Conduct customer research to understand the customer base and share insights with stakeholders.
- Define, create, and structure omnichannel initiatives such as clienteling, events, and collection launches.
- Coordinate the implementation of planned activities across regions and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor customer performance indicators and share campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and update the CRM database, monitoring customer interactions and reinforcing customer journeys.
- Support marketing and communications by managing the internal customer community and updating engagement tools.
- Enthusiasm for joining a fast-paced, collaborative international team.
- Business school education or relevant studies in marketing, luxury, or digital fields.
- Strong analytical and data synthesis abilities.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
