Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Manager in maintaining customer relationships through CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance customer engagement and strategies.
- Develop a customer-centric mindset within the company.
- Conduct customer research and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Define and structure omnichannel initiatives for retail teams.
- Coordinate regional implementation of planned activities.
- Analyze customer performance indicators and campaign metrics.
- Manage and update the CRM database.
- Support marketing and communications by managing internal customer communities.
Qualifications
- Business school education or similar relevant studies (marketing, luxury, digital, etc.)
- Fluent in French and English
Skills
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with international teams
- Knowledge of the retail and luxury sector is a plus
