1. Welcome and engage with both domestic and international clients as a brand ambassador to enhance loyalty to Delvaux.
2. Continuously improve service quality and practice a culture of warm hospitality for all clients.
3. Gain a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal advice to clients.
4. Increase sales and achieve set targets.
5. Communicate to optimize stock levels.
6. Maintain in-store visual merchandising according to Delvaux standards and express the maison's image.
7. Perform all operations accurately, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
8. Understand the policies and guidelines of the Richemont Group, the maison, and the boutique.
