Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to engage with domestic and international clients, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and warmly welcome all clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal advice.
- Increase sales and achieve set targets.
- Communicate to optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards, expressing the Maison's image.
- Perform all operations correctly, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand policies and guidelines of Richemont Group, the Maison, and the boutique.
