Delvaux Chief Financial Officer

1. Define and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the CEO and executive committee, supporting international growth and brand investment priorities.
2. Lead consolidated financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and long‑range planning.
3. Oversee accounting, month‑end and statutory reporting to ensure timely, accurate consolidated accounts under applicable standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
4. Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce channels.
5. Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, tax planning and risk management; drive SOX/ICFR or equivalent control frameworks where applicable.
6. Partner with commercial, retail and supply‑chain teams to optimise margin, pricing, inventory and capital expenditure decisions.
7. Direct financial systems and transformation initiatives, including ERP/financial systems selection, implementation and data governance.
8. Lead, coach and develop the finance organisation; recruit senior finance talent and instill rigorous financial discipline.
9. Support corporate development activities including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and investor reporting as required.

1. Proven track record as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent in luxury goods, fashion, premium consumer goods or retail at an international scale.
2. Extensive experience of financial reporting, treasury, tax and regulatory compliance in multinational operations.
3. Demonstrable experience managing ERP implementations and financial systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
4. Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or equivalent university degree in finance/accounting.
5. Strong leadership record with experience building high‑performing finance teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
