- Assist the store manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique.
- Support the development of the boutique's business, including operational and administrative management.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, sales advice, and client portfolio management.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented.
- Manage and optimize stock levels.
- Plan and organize the team effectively.
- Report on the boutique's activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams on boutique initiatives.
- Support the store manager in training staff.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in the luxury sector.
