- Develop and expand a network of influential individuals to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on high-profile clients and VIPs.
- Promote brand culture internally and externally, ensuring the store atmosphere aligns with the brand's image.
- Create and implement a business plan for the store, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and build clientele, with a focus on local market development.
- Participate in setting annual and monthly sales targets, communicate them to the team, and implement actions to ensure achievement.
- Stay informed about the local market and competitive landscape, including luxury product market trends.
- Continuously motivate and coach sales associates to meet assigned sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
- Ensure staff possess strong product knowledge to enhance cross-selling across categories.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a team spirit through regular meetings.
- Set individual goals for team members and assist in their achievement, conducting mid-term and annual evaluations.
- Develop development plans for sales staff and management.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports as needed.
- Manage store profit and loss, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plan, and operating profit.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and impeccable sales ceremony daily.
- Assist sales associates in resolving after-sales service issues (returns, defective merchandise, repairs).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury sector.
- Operational experience with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
