- Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with both domestic and international clients to enhance loyalty to Delvaux.
- Ensure continuous improvement in service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and extensive product knowledge to provide optimal advice to clients.
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office members.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising to Delvaux's standards, reflecting the maison's image.
- Support the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
- Take initiative in planning and monitoring all boutique events and projects, collaborating with team and office members.
- Assist the Store Manager in accelerating the development and growth of team members.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure all operations are executed correctly, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines within the store.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Preference for teamwork, with a curious and committed approach to achieving results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust across all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Spirit of hospitality and high ambition.
- Experience in management roles, including team leadership, is advantageous.
