1. Welcome, advise, and retain both local and international customers, ensuring a superior level of service and hospitality.
2. Continuously enhance the quality of service and customer experience.
3. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of product lines to build strong client relationships and drive sales.
4. Achieve sales targets set by the commercial director.
5. Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to management.
6. Manage and optimize stock levels effectively.
7. Ensure the boutique's presentation aligns with Delvaux's visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
8. Report on point-of-sale activities.
9. Support the achievement of general and personal objectives by providing training and feedback to Sales Associates.
10. Coordinate with headquarters on boutique initiatives.

1. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the luxury business.
2. Experience in a management role and store operations.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
3. Strong clienteling skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

Solid previous experience in a luxury business, with a minimum of 5 years and management role experience.
