1. Act as a brand ambassador to engage with domestic and international customers, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
2. Continuously improve service quality and instill a welcoming culture for all customers.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the Maison's vision and service steps, and disseminate this knowledge to the team.
4. Increase sales and achieve set targets.
5. Analyze sales, CRM, and KPIs, and develop strategies with office members.

7. Lead the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
8. Design optimal organization structures and retain appropriate talent.
9. Manage and optimize inventory levels.
10. Maintain store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards.
11. Initiate and monitor all events and projects in the boutique.
12. Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders for negotiations and promotions.
13. Ensure all operations are correctly executed, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
14. Understand and enforce Richemont Group, Maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.

1. Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
2. Experience in a managerial role.
