- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Analyze sales, CRM, and KPIs, collaborating with office members to devise strategies and lead by example.

- Lead the boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Design optimal organizational structures, retain suitable talent, and take action for talent acquisition.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's brand image.
- Initiate and monitor all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
- Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders on promotional activities.
- Ensure all operations are executed correctly, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Hospitality mindset with perseverance in facing challenges.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
