Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to engage domestic and international customers, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and instill a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, and acquire extensive knowledge of the products to provide optimal advice to customers.
- Increase sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the store manager and office members.
- Check, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards, reflecting the maison's image.
- Support the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
- Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all events and projects in the boutique with the team and office members.
- Assist the store manager in accelerating the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure all operations are correctly executed in collaboration with the store manager, including cash handling, product ordering, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce the policies and guidelines of the Richemont Group, maison, and boutique.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Hospitality mindset and high ambition.
- Experience in management roles, including team leadership, is a plus.
Experience Requirements
