Delvaux Assistant Store Manager

1. Act as a brand ambassador to engage domestic and international customers, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
2. Continuously improve service quality and instill a welcoming culture for all customers.
3. Gain a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, and acquire extensive knowledge of the products to provide optimal advice to customers.
4. Increase sales and achieve set targets.
5. Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the store manager and office members.
6. Check, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
7. Maintain in-store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards, reflecting the maison's image.
8. Support the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
9. Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all events and projects in the boutique with the team and office members.
10. Assist the store manager in accelerating the development and growth of team members.
11. Ensure all operations are correctly executed in collaboration with the store manager, including cash handling, product ordering, CRM operations, and customer service.
12. Understand and enforce the policies and guidelines of the Richemont Group, maison, and boutique.

1. Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
2. Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
4. Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
5. Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
6. Hospitality mindset and high ambition.
7. Experience in management roles, including team leadership, is a plus.
