Delvaux Assistant Retail Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering KPI-driven performance across the boutique.
2. Lead daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
3. Coach, mentor and schedule sales staff to maintain exceptional client service and product knowledge.
4. Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through active clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
5. Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
6. Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment and loss-prevention controls.
7. Prepare operational reports and contribute to sales forecasting, promotional planning and local marketing initiatives.
8. Act as brand ambassador on the sales floor, ensuring luxury service protocols and presentation standards are consistently upheld.

1. Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within leather goods, fashion or accessories.
2. Track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
3. Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including coaching and rostering.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and fluency in English; local language skills are advantageous.
5. High level of personal presentation and commitment to brand standards.
