1. Support the Boutique Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the Seoul boutique, ensuring flawless operations and adherence to Delvaux brand standards.
2. Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective clienteling and performance management.
3. Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling, cultivating long‑term relationships with high‑value and prospective clients.
4. Oversee visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to maintain aesthetic consistency with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
5. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and periodic stocktakes while applying loss‑prevention protocols.
6. Coordinate staff rotas, handle basic administrative duties (cash handling, daily reporting) and support boutique-level recruiting and onboarding.
7. Ensure compliance with local regulations, store safety procedures and corporate policies, and escalate operational issues to the Boutique Manager.

2. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and translate KPI targets into team activity.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and a client‑first mindset.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain discretion with high‑value clientele.
5. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays typical of luxury retail; Korean fluency required, professional English desirable.
