Delvaux Assistant Boutique Director

- Support the Boutique Director in achieving sales targets and optimising store performance through active management of daily operations and commercial strategy.
- Lead, coach and develop boutique staff to deliver a consistent, high-touch client experience and to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Manage clienteling activities including VIP relationship management, appointment scheduling, CRM upkeep and post-sale follow-up to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure alignment with brand directives and seasonal campaigns; implement floor sets and product launches.
- Control inventory and stock processes (receipts, transfers, stock counts), collaborating with logistics and headquarters to maintain assortment integrity and availability.
- Coordinate local store events, trunk shows and VIP activations in partnership with marketing and CRM to drive footfall and brand engagement.
- Monitor and report on store performance metrics, sales forecasts and market trends; propose corrective actions to the Boutique Director.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures including cash handling, loss prevention, HR policies and brand service standards.
- Proven management experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrated ability to lead small teams and achieve commercial objectives.
- Exceptional clienteling skills and an established track record working with high-net-worth or discerning clientele.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience in inventory control, merchandising and store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; aptitude for coaching and performance management.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to support store events.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
