1. Provide functional and technical support for business stakeholders.
2. Assist with encoding and monitoring quality controls for returned products.
3. Support sales administrators in receiving, identifying, and tracking products during the after-sales process.
4. Ensure repair priorities are respected within the workshop to optimize processing times.
5. Manage inventory and organization of goods, including leathers and accessories.
6. Assist the Customer Quality Service & Restoration Manager with stocking and inventory tasks.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Commercial, Engineering, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
4. Organized and meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Interest in leather goods, luxury, and craftsmanship.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken French and English.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with luxury goods or manufacturing is beneficial.
