Thin Film Workshop Manager

1. Operational management: Lead and motivate a production team and technicians to ensure production efficiency and quality.
2. Production optimization: Oversee the production of anti-reflective coatings on sapphire glasses and other technical components. Supervise all vacuum deposition processes (PVD, PECVD, Sputtering, washing, treatment).
3. Continuous improvement: Analyze performance indicators to improve yields and optimize manufacturing processes.
4. Technical support: Provide technical support to teams and ensure the implementation of process-related documentation.
5. Quality excellence: Ensure process reproducibility, stability, and adherence to the high-quality standards required by the watchmaking industry.

1. Technician or Engineer HES in Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent recognized degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in vacuum deposition technologies.
3. Mastery of thin film processes and vacuum treatments.
4. Basic knowledge in optics (vision, optical simulation is a plus).
5. Mastery of analysis and characterization methods (colorimetry, mechanical tests).
6. Good analytical skills, initiative, autonomy, and team spirit.
7. Fluent in French. Proficiency in English or German is an advantage.
