1. Supervise and optimize thermal sintering processes, particularly in controlled atmosphere environments using specific gases.
2. Monitor and adjust sintering furnaces, controlling critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and dwell time.
3. Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance sintering process performance, including complex sintering cycles.
4. Collaborate with production and materials R&D teams to define product and process specifications and participate in the introduction of new materials and technologies.
5. Ensure the quality of sintered products and compliance of processes with company requirements.
6. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to thermal equipment, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
7. Actively participate in continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation projects for thermal processes.

1. Degree in engineering or specialized technician in materials, thermal processes, mechanics, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience managing sintering processes, ideally in high-precision or high-value environments (watchmaking, microtechnology, materials industry).

1. Mastery of complex thermal processes and controlled atmospheres (use of specific gases).
2. In-depth knowledge of sintering equipment (industrial furnaces, thermal regulation systems, etc.).
3. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems with a strong results orientation.
4. Attention to detail, rigor, and excellent analytical skills.
5. Team spirit and effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams (production, R&D, quality).
6. Organized, committed, rigorous personality with good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Several years of experience in managing sintering processes, ideally within high-precision or high-value environments such as watchmaking or microtechnology.

Degree in engineering or specialized technician in materials, thermal processes, mechanics, or a related field.
