1. Ensure the enhancement of Health and Safety at Work provisions by implementing CFST and Group directives.
2. Identify and catalog workplace hazards in hygiene, health, and safety domains.
3. Organize emergency plans, including evacuation, first aid, fire, and gas protocols.
4. Cultivate a safety-conscious culture through information dissemination, training, and employee involvement.
5. Manage site security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and anti-intrusion measures, and propose necessary improvements.
6. Serve as the Security Officer for Aviasecure - Known Consignor certifications.
7. Develop and deliver safety/security training to employees.
8. Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with measures.
9. Lead Health and Safety at Work projects.
10. Update indicators and track resulting actions.
11. Provide on-call service as per current regulations.

1. Technical training in machine tool automation or building maintenance, complemented by an STPS diploma or CFST Safety Officer qualification.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industrial role.
3. Security training is an advantage.
4. Successful experience as a Security Officer or Deputy for Aviasecure Known Consignors is a plus.
5. Fire protection knowledge is an advantage.
6. Proven experience as an internal auditor.
7. Excellent document drafting skills and proficiency in MS Office.
8. Category B driving license is essential.
9. Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
10. German language proficiency at B2 level is a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industrial role, with a successful track record as an internal auditor and in security management.
