1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
3. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
4. Initiate and organize health and safety training for employees and executives.
5. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
6. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims.
7. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
2. Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
3. Proven experience as a safety specialist or similar role.

1. In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., OSHA/EPA) and procedures.
2. Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the manufacturing or luxury goods sector.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
