Crystallography Engineer

- Enhance existing crystallization processes through data analysis, problem-solving, proposing and implementing modifications, and numerical process modeling.
- Initiate and industrialize new processes as part of technology transfers.
- Develop new processes internally while engaging in daily crystallization operations to understand and monitor their challenges.
- Document work and results, and prepare detailed reports.
- Execute various stages of crystallization processes independently.
- Travel to the Col des Roches site and internationally for supplier meetings or technology transfers.
- Engineering degree in physics, materials, or a relevant field; a PhD is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge in general physics, solid-state physics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and solidification; chemistry and fluid mechanics knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard computer tools, with skills in statistical analysis and numerical process modeling as an advantage.
- Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, flexible, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Practical sense, technical affinity, fieldwork enthusiasm, and effective communication skills.
- Curiosity, keen observation, visual acuity, and manual dexterity.
- Tenacity, commitment, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with existing teams.
Entry-level or with a few years of experience in a similar environment.
Engineering degree in physics, materials, or a relevant field; a PhD is advantageous.
