1. Improve existing crystallization processes through data analysis, problem-solving, proposing and implementing modifications, and numerical modeling.
2. Initiate and industrialize new processes as part of technology transfers.
3. Develop new processes internally while engaging in daily crystallization operations to understand and monitor challenges.
4. Execute various steps of crystallization processes independently.
5. Document work and results, and prepare detailed reports.
6. Travel to the Col des Roches site and internationally for supplier meetings or technology transfers.

1. Engineering degree in physics, materials, or a relevant field. A PhD is an advantage.
2. Solid knowledge in general physics, solid-state physics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and solidification. Knowledge in chemistry and fluid mechanics is a plus.
