1. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to Company standards.
2. Provide support to sales associates during peak periods and special events.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
4. Assist in maintaining visual standards and replenishing merchandise.
5. Support the team in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
