1. Assist with the execution of merchandising and operational functions to company standards.
2. Support sales associates in maximizing customer engagement and sales.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
4. Assist in the preparation and execution of store events.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
