- Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions at the cash wrap.
- Maintain accuracy and organization while operating the POS system.
- Facilitate email and name capture where legally permissible.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap area.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Communicate discrepancies to Store Management promptly.
- Replenish sales floor based on inventory needs and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.
1-3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on cashiering, stock management, or sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
