1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance.
2. Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems.
3. Organize and clean the cash wrap and stockroom.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
5. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
6. Communicate product information and availability to customers.
7. Participate in store physical inventory counts.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
