1. Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance at the cash wrap.
2. Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and maintain cash wrap organization.
3. Facilitate email/name capture where legally permitted.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
5. Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, including offsite locations.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
7. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
8. Adhere to company loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
