1. Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors
2. Interact genuinely and naturally with customers
3. Maintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policy
4. Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law
5. Ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store calls
6. Drive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniques
7. Support back of house tasks as needed
8. Represent Coach brand appropriately

1. Must be available to work October 15 through January 1

2. Ability to execute at a fast pace
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Able to climb, bend, and kneel
5. Able to meet Coach Availability and Scheduling Expectations, including working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
