1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
3. Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to company standards.
4. Assist in the processing of shipments and the organization of the stockroom.
5. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

1. Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
