1. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.

3. Ability to analyze sales metrics and generate reports.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
