4. Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law
5. Ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store calls
6. Drive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniques
7. Support back of house tasks as needed
8. Represent the Coach brand appropriately

3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to climb, bend, and kneel

Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.

Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
