1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical design, preferably in women's fashion.

2. Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
