1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design within the fashion industry, preferably in women's apparel.
3. Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
4. Proficiency in technical design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD systems.
