- Collaborate with store leadership to comprehend daily operations, including clienteling, point of sale, and scheduling systems.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance store performance.
- Gain hands-on experience in retail management by shadowing a store manager.
- Engage in back-of-house operations and learn to drive operational performance.
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or enrolled in a specialized certification program.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Genuine passion for retail and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in learning new systems and processes quickly.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in retail and customer service is essential.
Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree or enrolled in a specialized certification program.
