1. Collaborate with store leadership to comprehend the complexities of daily operations, including clienteling, point of sale, and scheduling systems.
2. Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Shadow a store manager to gain insights into leadership and operational management.
4. Participate in back-of-house activities to understand inventory and logistics.
5. Assist in setting schedules and driving operational performance.

1. Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or actively enrolled in a specialized certification program.
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
