1. Collaborate with store leadership to comprehend the complexities of daily operations, including clienteling, point of sale, and scheduling systems.
2. Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.
3. Participate in a structured internship program to gain hands-on experience in retail management.
4. Shadow a store manager to learn leadership skills and the intricacies of retail operations.
5. Assist in setting schedules and managing back-of-house operations.

1. Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or enrollment in a specialized certification program.
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

2. Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

No prior experience required, but a passion for retail and customer service is essential.

$20 per hour
