- Collaborate with store leadership to comprehend the nuances of daily operations, including Clienteling, Point of Sale, and Scheduling systems.
- Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Shadow a store manager to gain leadership experience and insight into retail management.
- Participate actively in back-of-house operations and front-of-house management.
- Assist in setting schedules and driving store performance.
- Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or enrolled in a specialized certification program.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Genuine passion for retail and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
No prior experience required, but a passion for retail and customer service is essential.
