1. Collaborate with store leadership to comprehend the nuances of daily operations, including Clienteling, Point of Sale, and Scheduling systems.
2. Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.
3. Shadow a store manager to gain leadership experience and insight into retail management.
4. Participate actively in back-of-house operations and front-of-house management.
5. Assist in setting schedules and driving store performance.

1. Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or enrolled in a specialized certification program.
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

1. Genuine passion for retail and customer service.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

No prior experience required, but a passion for retail and customer service is essential.

Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree or enrolled in a specialized certification program.

$20 per hour
